Parks Master Plan

The Parks Master Plan is an inventory of the Department’s facilities and parks, and a work plan for the future. It is meant to be a tool and guidebook for day-to-day operations, and workbook for parks and recreation staff, parks and recreation board members, city council members, city manager, and the public, as we move into the future.

Besides an inventory for each facility and park, the document also contains future additions and improvements needed for each location. This document, along with the City’s Comprehensive Plan is meant to be a guide as we move forward in providing leisure services to the community.
