2026 State Aid Street Overlay Project Updates- Job 2602

July 17, 2026 – The contractor continued making repairs to manholes and catch basins in the project areas and began sawcutting pavement along portions of curb & gutter identified for replacement. The concrete subcontractor has pushed their schedule back and now anticipates beginning replacement the week of July 27-31.

July 2, 2026 – The contractor anticipates beginning work on the manhole and catch basin repairs next week. The concrete subcontractor is still tentatively scheduled to begin the miscellaneous curb and sidewalk replacements in the middle of July.

June 18, 2026 – The contractor does not yet have a firm start date but anticipates curb and gutter and sidewalk replacements to begin early to mid-July. the manhole and catch basin repairs may begin sooner depending on crew availability.

The contract was awarded to Ulland Brothers, they tentatively plan to begin the manhole and catch basin repairs the week of June 8-12.
