This neighborhood park provides a ballfield, basketball court, playground and ample greenspace.

The park is named after Carl Sondergaard who developed the area in the 1950s for people who worked in the Jobs Industrial Park.

In addition to designing the neighborhood, he donated the land for the park. 

The park continues to offer a place to unwind with a ballfield, basketball court, playground and ample greenspace.

Parking is available on adjacent streets.
