Carole Wilson has been places; her camera has followed her across six continents, capturing everything from busy street scenes in Genoa to quiet, reflective moments in Japan. This exhibition brings together photographs from the Bahamas, Egypt, Estonia, Greece, Panama, and beyond.
Wilson’s eye is drawn to the shape and feel of place—the curve of weathered stone, the geometry of old city streets, the way light carves out texture and form.
Until August 30th, Photo Journal of an Intrepid Traveler will be featured at the Freeborn County Arts Initiative Gallery. Located at 224 S. Broadway, the gallery is open Thursdays from 1 to 7 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 1 to 4 p.m.
