The park is the home of Higbie Gardens and abundant greenspace. It also provides a picnic shelter and picnic tables. It connects to the Blue Zones Walkway via Fountain Street and to the Blazing Star State Trail via bike lanes on Front Street and then sidewalk on State Highway 13.
