Age-friendly Freeborn County hosts forum for all community members to understand services, support, and solutions to help seniors thrive
What: Age-Friendly Freeborn County is a public–private collaboration to convene partners who share the mission to enhance the lives of seniors by leveraging the depth of resources to create an effective network that meets the needs of aging individuals.
Why: Everyone in Freeborn County is touched by aging—this forum is an opportunity to understand resources, partnerships, and solutions that can help you, your loved ones, friends, and neighbors age with dignity, support, and connection.
Who: The following partners of Age-Friendly Freeborn County will present at the forum to discuss offerings. They include:

This community-driven initiative focuses on making the area more age-friendly through partnerships, education, and resource building, helping ageing individuals maintain independence and well-being. LeadingAge Minnesota Foundation provided funding to enhance the lives of seniors through technology-enabled care, coordination, and community support.
