City of Albert Lea requesting proposals for Blake Avenue property
The City of Albert Lea is accepting proposals to purchase and develop 3.6 acres of city-owned vacant land on Blake Avenue. The city prefers a commercial retail use, but this RFP is open to any use that meets IDD zoning standards.
Proposals are due Jan. 2, 2026.
