The City of Albert Lea leases this 38-acre site from the State of Minnesota with the Albert Lea Parks Department maintaining the facility. This complex offers 5 playing fields with bleachers, 4 sand volleyball courts, parking, a concession stand and restrooms.

The City is working to upgrade the facility with Albert Lea baseball and softball groups. In 2023, the City installed drainage, which greatly improved the safety and playability of the field. The City worked with baseball and softball groups to install new fencing, scoreboards and dugouts. Plans are in the works for accessibility improvements, a new concessions and restroom building, and a playground.
