Pay Your Utility Bill

Utility customers can view and pay their water and sewer bills in one place:

To pay utility bills, you will need:

• Your account number: found at the upper right corner mailed statements
• A debit or credit card for payment

You may sign up to make future payments easier or make a one-time payment without registering.

Sign Up for Automatic Utility Bill Payment

The City of Albert Lea offers an automatic payment plan for your water and sewer bill.

The automatic payment plan makes paying utility bills more convenient by taking the worry out of payment deadlines. You will have one less check to write and will save money on postage too.

The City of Albert Lea does not charge for this service.

When you enroll in the automatic payment plan you will still receive bills, but “AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL” will be indicated on them. Remember to deduct that amount from your account on the due date of the bill.
